AT LAST! The simrig has been assembled!
Just after 4 monthes of planning, discarding, planning again, welding, sanding, filing, drilling, machining… the simrig has been assembled.

To create the temporary monitor stand I just lengthened the wheelplate at the back, the monitor is rock solid on it!

The rig is “assembled” but not “done” – until racing starts, all the cabling has to be done.

But even then the status could merely be called “ready” than “done” since there are still some things missing.

• mounting points for the speakers
• mount for the shifter
• dash
• mount the 4-point harness
• handbrake
• …

So all in all enough to do in the future 🙂
