My SideStickController is ready for assembly
The outside cover was a bit too short and instead of printing everything again, I designed an extension, printed, painted and glued it to the main part.
On this occasion I also added the lower angled part to make it look more real.
All mounting holes have been drilled and the first test fit worked perfectly.
The old holes of the wooden contruction didn’t fit the new part.
To mount the PCB of the Thrustmaster F-16 Hotas I made a holder in CAD, printed it and added brass inserts for 3mm screws.
The holder then gets screwed to the SSC and the PCB to it.
The first 3 layers of paint have been done, as soon as everything has dried, everything gets put together and mounted to the console.
