PRESS Instrumente fast fertig"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Die Anzeigen f\u00fcr den Hydraulikdruck sind fast fertig.<!--more-->Die letzten Wochen war nicht allzuviel Zeit f\u00fcr richtiges Basteln, aber ich konnte zumindest im CAD wieder einige Instrumente designen.<\/p>\r\n<p>Bei der Umsetzung habe ich mit den HYD PRESS Gauges begonnen.<br \/>Aufgrund des recht kleinen Durchmessers von 25mm (1&#8243;) und der Tatsache, dass meine benutzten Servos deutlich fiel die Variante wie bei VVI oder AOA Gauge, alles in einem Geh\u00e4use unterzubringen, aus.<\/p>\r\n<p>Also habe ich eine Konstruktion entwickelt, in der alle Servos und Instrumente montiert werden.<br \/>Diese wird dann dann \u00fcber die L\u00f6cher, die normal f\u00fcr die Instrumentenhalter genutzt werden, an der RightAux Konsole verschraubt.<\/p>\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/f16simulator.net\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/2023-06-05_IMG_1331.jpg\" rel=\"gallery\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" an die RightAux geschraubt wird), daneben die Servoplate und Servo mit Halterplatte und Zahnr\u00e4dern.<br \/>Um die ben\u00f6tigten Winkel zu erreichen, werden die Servos 1:2 \u00fcbersetzt.<\/p>\r\n<p>Die Instrumente selbst sind eigentlich recht einfach aufgebaut:<\/p>\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/f16simulator.net\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/2023-06-05_IMG_1328.jpg\" \u00e4u\u00dfere H\u00fclle, die an der Front eine Lippe hat, werden die restlichen Teile von hinten eingeschoben.<\/li>\r\n<li>Zuerst das Glas<\/li>\r\n<li>Dann der vordere kleine Abstandshalter<\/li>\r\n<li>Zeiger mit dem Schaft<\/li>\r\n<li>Faceplate mit der Skala<\/li>\r\n<li>am Schlu\u00df der hintere Abstandshalter<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>Damit die Skalenplatte immer richtig ausgerichtet ist, hat die H\u00fclle eine Nase vorne und die Platte eine Einkerbung.<\/p>\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/f16simulator.net\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/2023-06-05_IMG_1330.jpg\" zus\u00e4tzlich zum Schaftloch noch 4 L\u00f6cher f\u00fcr 5mm LEDs zur Hintergrundbeleuchtung<\/p>\r\n<p><a
